Overview

Under minimal supervision, this “business- to-business” sales professional will target, prospect, promote and sell to commercial, healthcare and educational accounts for new business in an established territory. The SAM manages his/her territory in order to develop relationships with new enterprises in order to achieve Company and individual sales targets. This individual would be responsible for day-to-day duties of prospecting, networking, demonstrations and proposing Pinnaca products and services. The SAM must be comfortable working with Pinnaca internal resources to create visual communication solutions for customers and to sell these solutions to all levels of an organization. The SAM is considered to be a “solutions-oriented” sales position that uses consultative sales techniques to meet customer needs.

Overview

The Market Development Specialist is the central point for helping to drive best practice between sales & marketing and focus on the generation of new opportunities. Customer Support Center (CSC) Advocate – Hong Kong

Overview

The CSC Advocate provides best in class customer service and technical support to Pinnaca clients using our video conferencing and collaboration services. Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills (presentation, written and oratory) and a commitment to deliver optimal customer experience; the position provides user support by diagnosing, isolating and resolving any technical issues and queries encountered by our customer base across our visual collaboration products. The position also involves the technical set up and “launching” (connecting) of Pinnaca clients conferences across our various platforms. The CSC Advocate receives direction from the CSC Team Lead, and will partner with our team of Customer Service Managers, as well as technical resources to provide customers with industry leading service and support.
