In the Project Manager role, the Project Manager position is directly responsible for the
successful delivery of projects on time, within scope and within budget. The Project Manager
will manage global, international and national deployments with a focus on video
conferencing within the Unified Communications and Collaboration umbrella. The role is
expected to effectively manage the planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of
customer and internal projects. The successful incumbent will drive progress toward clear and attainable objectives associated with various stakeholders to de-risk projects, maximize
benefits, and manage project costs through effective change control. The scope will include

Overview

VNOC Support Technicians are responsible for continuous maintenance and monitoring of videoconferencing applications and services.  In collaboration with supporting partner teams, the VNOC Support Technician implements and manages video infrastructure and endpoint solutions for LANs and WANs in highly available, scalable, secure network environments including customer owned and managed networks.  Additionally, the VNOC Support Technician handles customer service requests and performs escalations while analyzing and resolving technical issues in a timely and accurate manner.
