Sales Service Specialist – Bloomington, Minnesota

Overview

The Sales Service Specialist will focus on current customers and sales in an effort to consult and sell all renewal product options including multiyear and coterminous renewals and capture takeover business. In this role, you will create and develop customer service renewal packages, provide upsell and cross-sell opportunities, review customer usage and utilization reports. Sales Service Specialists key area of responsibility is to support the pursuit and closure of renewal sales emphasizing the value of the services. This includes but not limited to quoting renewals and handling maintenance service sale request. Other duties include assisting the Product department in reviewing new product and service offerings incorporating and messaging to customers. Working closely with the Marketing department qualifying leads funnelled through Marketing initiatives.

Senior Sales Engineer (SE) – USA (full-time)

Overview

Under minimal supervision, the Senior Sales Engineer (SE) will play a key role in representing Pinnaca while supporting its sales organization on products, services and solutions. The SE will support the Global Sales teams throughout the entire sales process by providing technical insight on solutions, demonstrations of technology, solution design and proposal generation. The SE also resolves technical issues arising during the sales engagement, helps clients define specifications and requirements, develops solutions, and provides technology presentations to both technical and management-level audiences.

The SE is ultimately responsible for the technical solution that is presented to Pinnaca customers. The main objective of this role is to become the trusted technical advisor to our partners and customers. The Pinnaca sales team is the largest customer of the Solutions Design team and support all sales opportunities across the globe.

Marketing Director – Toronto (or remote)

Overview

The Marketing function is global in nature and responsible for developing and executing on programs that create a better everyday experience for all people around the globe that come in touch with Pinnaca.

The primary areas of focus include lead generation campaigns, branding (definition and evolution, awareness and promotion), and delivering relevant and engaging messages to our base, driving outcomes that include engagement, sales, retention, customer lifecycle management.

The Marketing Director is an operational and creative thinker and an expert in getting the most out of the company’s resources and marketing automation systems to fuel innovative programs. This person will build and maintain a solid operating team and infrastructure for our leads, database, reporting and analytics. This person will work closely with sales in maintaining responsibility for marketing campaign enablement and performance reporting. The Marketing Director will implement and manage Pinnaca’s marketing needs for brand awareness, inbound traffic generation, lead gen campaigns, website positioning by leveraging sales and marketing automation platforms and encouraging service adoption.

This position coordinates with Sales, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, Product Management and Customer Service to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in our branding and cultivating a robust marketing strategy.

Customer Support Centre Assistant – Slough, UK (full-time)

Overview

The CSC Assistant is the first point of contact end users of our products and services will have with Pinnaca. This key role will, therefore, need to be fulfilled by articulate and considerate individuals where the end users experience is always at the forefront of what they do.

The CSC assistants will primarily be triaging all customer phone calls and emails and assisting where capable. Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills (presentation, written and oratory) and a commitment to deliver an optimal customer experience. The CSC Assistant reports to the in-region CSC Team Lead and will partner with our CSC Advocates to provide customers with industry-leading service and support.

Customer Support Centre Advocate – Slough, UK (full-time)

Overview

The CSC Advocate provides best in class customer service and technical support to Pinnaca clients using our video conferencing and collaboration services. Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills (presentation, written and oratory) and a commitment to deliver optimal customer experience; the position provides user support by diagnosing, isolating and resolving any technical issues and queries encountered by our customer base across our visual collaboration products.

The CSC Advocate also involves the technical set up and “launching” (connecting) of Pinnaca clients’ conferences across our various platforms. The CSC Advocate receives direction from the CSC Team Lead, and will partner with our team of Customer Service Managers, as well as technical resources to provide customers with industry leading service and support.
