Clive is recognized as an industry leader in unified communications, video networks, collaboration and digital media.  As Pinnaca’s CEO, Clive’s mission is to bring visual communications to every desktop and mobile device, making visual collaboration an easy-to-use business productivity tool for any enterprise across the globe.  Clive joined Pinnaca in 2008 and has driven a global expansion strategy, delivering managed video services to some of the largest brands in the world.  Clive has held senior management and leadership roles with Cisco, Avaya & Nortel, driving unified communications and the telepresence video collaboration business across Europe.  He also created four start-up technology units, turning them into multi-million dollar businesses.

Regarded as a game changer, Dan drives the company’s technological innovations, strategy and evolution in business models. Dan joined the Pinnaca team in 2004 to help drive the global expansion strategy.  He partners with industry experts, sales and market leaders, and most importantly with customers, to identify new opportunities and to deliver unique business solutions that accelerate the usage and adoption of visual communication and collaboration within organizations around the globe.  He has a passion for delivering excellence in every touch point with customers.  Prior to Pinnaca, Dan co-founded a wholesale VoIP startup and has lead international consulting practices. Dan is responsible for Pinnaca’s Marketing, Product Management, pre-sales Solutions Design and Consulting Practice.

Michael Werch,

An industry veteran, Mike is one of Minnesota’s telecommunications leaders. Prior to founding Video Guidance, Mike served as national video conferencing sales director at Acoustic Communications, Inc., where he led the company’s sales force.  He also held top-level sales and management positions for Norstan and Sprint. Mike has an impressive track record of delivering high quality products and motivating strong sales teams, all while developing respected customer relationships.  He holds a BS degree in Business Management and Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point.  He serves on the board of directors of Florida-based Prevention Plus Wellness and supports numerous area nonprofit and civic organizations.

Jamie Cope, President, Global Markets

Jamie leads the company’s sales and go-to-market strategy, including the acquisition and management of its channel partners and customers. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives and programs to drive growth in existing markets and new areas of opportunity.

Leveraging his extensive experience in both direct sales and channel sales management across the telecommunications and visual collaboration marketplace, Jamie ensures that the sales teams and channel partners have the right support, capabilities and skills to propose, build and deliver a managed video portfolio that meets evolving customer needs, while accelerating market adoption of the solutions.

Brian is a highly regarded communications industry executive who has built a notable reputation in business development, having helped lead the company to consistent growth in revenue and profitability. He joined Video Guidance in 1999 as the company’s first salesperson. Brian served as vice president of sales for Video Guidance and became vice president of North America sales for BCS Global. His previous experience includes senior level sales positions at Aerotek Corporation and Cotellignet Inc. Brian graduated from Hamline University with BS degree in Business Management.

Russell is a technology visionary and well-established player in managed videoconferencing services.  He has deep experience in software architecture and information technology in numerous industry verticals and business sectors. At Pinnaca, he leads the company’s data and information management architecture and integration strategies with software development, IT and R&D. Russell held leadership positions with Nortel, Siemens Nixdorf, Visible Genetics and Navaho Networks, and founded Stable Networks, a information security and software development firm.

Rachel Rice,

With more than twenty years of experience in the finance industry, Rachel oversees all financial control and planning activities for Pinnaca.  She served as the longtime CFO of Video Guidance and became CFO of BCS Global, holding a key role in the merger of the two companies.  She previously was the assistant controller for Nova Consulting Group.  Rachel earned her MBA in Finance from Opus Business College at the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minn. She serves as treasurer of the board of directors for Riverton Community Housing in Minneapolis.

Dan has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry managing ISDN networks, IP networks, phone systems, call centers, computer telephony integration and videoconferencing equipment and network infrastructure.  He was the vice president of operations for Video Guidance and became vice president of global operations for BCS Global.  Dan closes the gap between sales and engineering for many customers, delivering high quality solutions that meet their needs and expectations.  Along with various manufacturer certifications, Dan holds a BS degree from Minnesota State University – Mankato.

With more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector, Lola has spent the past 9 years with BCS Global assisting with building strong customer service relationships. A graduate in Sociology & Social Anthropology from Dalhousie University Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada she maintains a keen awareness of cultural environments and values diversity within her teams and among our partners/customers. Lola strives to build insight when executing customer-focused initiatives and her goal within the Pinnaca global business is to champion the constant evolution of our visual collaboration industry. Lola is considered a catalyst for enabling service transformation to be achieved. She brings drive and passion into developing teams that aim to deliver world class customer service and communication in client/company relations.
