Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Website and visiting your account profile page.

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. Pinnaca is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Pinnaca may be liable in cases of onward transfers of personal data to third parties.
Pinnaca commit to binding arbitration at the request of the individual to address any complaint that has not been resolved by other recourse and enforcement mechanisms.
